About the Founder

My name is Robert Hill, and I am a mechanical engineer with more than 15 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, and operations. After leading teams responsible for reliability, safety systems, and preventive maintenance across multiple industries, I saw firsthand how essential consistent care is — and how quickly small issues can turn into major problems when overlooked.

I created Dwell Done to bring that same level of professional, proactive maintenance to homeowners. My approach is built on precision, honesty, and a commitment to doing things the right way the first time. Your home is your most important investment, and my goal is to help you protect it with the same care I’d give to my own.
